Nova Luxe started in 2023 out of a garage in American Fork, UT with one extractor and a pressure washer that kept tripping the breaker. It is now two crews working the length of the valley, and the idea has not changed: bring the shop to the car.

A detail shop is a bad place to leave a car.

Dropping a car off costs somebody a morning, a ride, and a day without a vehicle. None of that has anything to do with how clean the car gets.

Everything a shop has, a van can carry: a generator, a 60-gallon tank, a hot-water extractor, steam, and a canopy for the weather. What a shop has that a van does not is a lobby, and nobody has ever booked a detail for the lobby.

So the work happens where the car already is. You keep your morning, and we get the one thing a shop cannot give us: the car in the condition it actually lives in.

Three things we will not move on.

The price is the price

Quoted before we arrive, by vehicle size, in writing. Nothing gets discovered halfway through the afternoon and added to the total. If something genuinely changes the job, we stop and ask before we do it.

Products over pressure

No high-pressure wands on interiors, no all-purpose cleaner on leather, no silicone shine that turns a dashboard into a mirror. The right chemical, dwelled properly, beats force on every surface in a car.

We say when we cannot

Some stains do not come out and some paint is too thin to correct. You get told that before we start, not after you have paid for a result that was never available.
